Green Beans (about 1 LB) are so delicate they must be hand picked when harvesting. They are a good source of copper, vitamin B1, chromium, magnesium, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, choline, vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids), niacin, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, iron, vitamin B6 and vitamin E.
Simply rinse then cut the ends off your Green Beans when prepping to cook. They can be used by adding your favorite ingredients to and then saute, fry, grill or steam them. Green beans make a great side dish to any meal!
