Red Yams are often mistaken for sweet yams, or Sweet Potatoes. But these are just as delicious, if not more so. They can be roasted, add them to your soup or casseroles. They can even be topped with marshmallows. Our personal favorite is to slice them and bake into delicious crispy chips.
