Rigatoni is widely used in southern and central Italy. The name comes from the Italian word "rigare", which means to draw a line. Similar to Penne, Rigatoni features a straight end cut, whereas Penne has a angled end cut. Pairs best with chunky sauces like Pesto and meat sauces because of their ability to catch sauce inside and out! Yum!

Dominick started his culinary journey with his Grandfather making Sun Dried Tomatoes in his basement in New York when he was a child. After working for the Cheese Store of Beverly Hills he began to sell his tomatoes and quickly added to his popular collection with fresh products including fresh pastas, tapenades and sauces.
