Coldwater Canyon Jam Watermelon is Rondo Mieczkowski’s grandma’s own recipe and is recreated with sweet California watermelons. Refreshing for the summer heat, try this jelly on toast or crackers with a salty cheese (like roquefort or a brie). Jam Watermelon can be used as a salad dressing, or best of all, in daiquiris or margaritas instead of sugar or simple syrup. Adds a nice background watermelon flavor to adult or kids drinks. This jam is also good swirled in plain yogurt or on lime or lemon or pineapple sherbet! You won't find Watermelon Jam at your local market either. The watermelons come from family California farmers and are grown pesticide-free. All of Coldwater Canyon's ingredients are Kosher.
