Directions: Heat + Eat. Cook from frozen: Add 2 tsp.Oil to pan. Heat over medium heat for 1 1/2 minutes. (if cooking other veggies, add them before Beyond Chicken). Add strips and cook 3 minutes while stirring microwaving not recommended. Keep frozen.
