Kiwi is an underrated fruit. Packed with more Vitamin C than an orange, it brings more to a fruit salad. Kiwi's are also high in fiber and great for blood sugar control, plus cardiovascular and colon health.
Kiwi's green flesh is almost creamy in consistency with an invigorating taste. Its unique taste can be very tangy, but oh so sweet! These guys are an excellent addition to any fruit salad.
