Founded in 2008, Farmhouse Culture was created by Kathryn Lukas, a classically trained chef who fell in love with sauerkraut and learned it’s many benefits during her travels in Germany. Upon returning to the states, she felt compelled to share this revelation with Americans and discuss how this superfood can nurture and maintain better overall health. She began to gain some popularity and soon enough, she was able to assemble a team that shared the same vision as she did.
