Ingredients:

  • 2 small peeled and steamed beets
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt of choice (we like Kite Hill
  • 1/2 cup almond or cashew milk (we like Califia Farms
  • optional: 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (adds fiber) 

Method:
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth. 

Suggested Toppings:
Leftover yogurt, berries, shredded coconut, Spread the Love almond butter, Bread Lounge granola, Navitas goji berries, Navitas hemp seeds
