The Easiest Breakfast You’ve Ever Made
1/2 cup oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
1 handful of blueberries (1/2 sliced banana is another great option)
1/2 cup milk
1 handful of raisins (optional)
1 handful of granola (optional)
- Start with your oats in a mason jar.
- Then add chia seeds (this helps soak up the milk), brown sugar (optional for a little sweetness), blueberries and milk.
- Shake it up!
- Leave in the fridge over night (duh) and in the morning throw in your toppings and you’re ready to go!
Don’t forget to enjoy them in your meditation nook!
