  • 2 GF paleo everything bagels
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ⅔ + ⅓ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup Parmesan, grated
  • ½ cup spinach, finely chopped
  • ½ cup artichoke tapenade or finely chopped artichoke hearts  
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium to large bowl, combine the cream cheese, ⅔ cup mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, artichoke, and salt & pepper. Stir to combine. 
  4. Cut the bagels into halves, and place them side up on the baking sheet.
  5. Generously spread the spinach artichoke mixture on the bagel halves. 
  6. Sprinkle ⅓ cup mozzarella on bagels.
  7. Bake bagels for about 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  8. Sprinkle parsley on top of spinach artichoke bagels.
