Roasted Bone Marrow with Arugula Chimichurri and Breadcrumbs

Have you ever made bone marrow before? This is an easy and tasty recipe for bone marrow that you should definitely try! We added arugula chimichurri and breadcrumbs to the recipe to compliment the bone marrow.
For the Chimichurri:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees to start and make your chimichurri either in a food processor, blender or you can hand chop. Place all your ingredients and mix together. If you place in a blender, add some freshly chopped parsley and cilantro not blended afterwards, about 1-2 tsp each. 
  2. Once your oven is preheated and your sauce is ready, get your bone marrow ready by adding garlic, Tohkin Grapeseed Oil and butter. Place in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until bone marrow is cooked through.
  3. While that's cooking, get your breadcrumbs ready. Put sliced bread in a blender with 1-2 tsp oil and blend until breadcrumbs are formed. 5-10 minutes before you take out the bone marrow, place your breadcrumbs on top and let crisp.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
