Northern Cafe Chicken Dumplings with Chili Oil Dipping Sauce
These chicken dumplings are the perfect dish for an appetizer or dinner meal for all ages! This recipe is also a healthy alternative to pork dumplings- and has almost the exact same taste!
- Chicken Dumplings
- Lahtt Sauce for dipping: Vegan option or Non-Vegan option
- For Garnish: green onions, sesame seeds
- Bring pot of water to boil. Add dumplings to water and let boil until dumplings float (approximately 5-8 minutes). Please allow to float for 1-2 minutes and allow dumplings to slightly expand. Please extract, allow to cool.
- Dip the dumplings in a spicy chili oil from Lahtt Sauce or create your own sauce from soy sauce, sesame seeds and sesame oil.
