A bowl full of purple buckwheat ‘oats’ before a full day at the @propelwater fitness festival at @quixotestudios today 💜🤸🏼‍♀️ have 3 classes booked in and I couldn’t be more excited to get my sweat on with some of my fellow fitness enthusiasts 🤓 check out my stories to watch what we get up to ✌🏼 _ As for these buckwheat oats. All I did was soak some buckwheat groats overnight then this morning i blended them with some water, transferred to a pot and heated then through with @navitasorganics Maqui berry powder and wild blueberries. _ Topped it off with some @navitasorganics mulberries , organic blackberries from my recent @milkandeggscom order, coconut flakes & hemp seeds 🙃 _ #peanutheadeats #inmybowl #breakfastbowl #grainfree #propelwater #propelfitnessfestival

Delicious エビチリ (ebi chili aka chili shrimp). 🦐 I know people requested this recipe and I was going to post it on my blog but.. I’m in the process of something so I’ll post the recipe here (see below) - . Amazing, juicy shrimp and some other ingredients delivered to my door by @milkandeggscom! Use code “sylviageatery” for $20 off $40 or more . Ebi-chili is based on a Chinese shrimp stir fry dish and is one of the most popular Chinese dishes in Japan! . INGREDIENTS: 10 shrimps (9 oz) 1 Tbsp corn starch (for cleaning shrimp) neutral flavor oil (vegetable, canola, etc) (separated) Marinade for shrimp: ¼ tsp salt 2 dashes white pepper powder 1 Tbsp sake 1 Tbsp corn starch Chili Sauce: 1 inch ginger 2 cloves garlic 1 green onion/scallion (white part) 2 tsp Chili Bean Sauce and/or Broad Bean Paste (La Doubanjiang) 2 Tbsp ketchup ½ cup chicken stock/broth 1 Tbsp sake 1½ tsp granulated sugar 1 tsp sesame oil 2 Tbsp water 1 Tbsp corn starch . 1) De-vein shrimp and clean them with corn starch and rinse under cold running water 2) Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel and place them in a medium bowl. Add all the ingredients for the marinade into the bowl and mix them well with the shrimp. 3) Mince the ginger and garlic and put them together in a small bowl. Slice green onion and set aside. 4) Heat oil on a large non-stick frying pan on medium high heat. When the pan is hot, cook shrimp until both sides change color (inside doesn’t have to be cooked through at this point). Turn off the heat and transfer the shrimp to a plate. Wipe down the pan. 5) In the same frying pan, heat oil over medium heat and sauté the green onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant. Lower the heat and add the chili paste and ketchup. 7) Then add chicken broth, sake, and sugar to the pan. 8) Continue cooking for a few minutes on simmer. Then return the shrimp to the pan and add the rest of the green onion. Cook until shrimp is cooked through, stirring occasionally. 9) Add the sesame oil and then pour the corn starch/water mixture to thicken the sauce. Stir well and remove from heat. Transfer the shrimp to a serving dish. #sylviageatery
