Who wouldn't want gourmet brunch at home?! 🤤 This delicious and scrumptious Quiche Lorraine by @BreadLounge was such a huge hit! The egg was so fluffy and cheesy, the ham was delicious without being too salty (again, y'all know I hate salty food), the crust was more like a pastry layered crust than doughy bread crust and it was so flaky, I absolutely loved it! What was so amazing about this quiche was the layer of Spicy Brown Mustard at the very bottom of the quiche. It really added to the savoriness of this quiche and the boldness of the Mustard combined with the cheese, egg and ham was different than any other quiche I have ever tasted! • I paired this with a homemade Avocado, Tomato, Bell Pepper & Cucumber Vinaigrette Salad. • 10/10 I recommend this Quiche, I purchased mine from @MilkandEggscom. • *Side note: the cooking instructions on Milk & Eggs don't always work for me so I tend to bake my frozen purchases a little differently. It really all depends on your type of oven and if you thaw your quiche or leave it frozen. Is it still a Chili Relleno if it isn’t fried? 🤔 That’s what the recipe called it, so that’s what I’m going with! I tweaked and veganized this recipe from @feastingathome and it was so fricken good. I stuffed the poblanos with Cuban black beans, jalapeño cream cheese, cheddar, and spinach - all things I got delivered from @milkandeggscom ($20 off code via link in bio if interested). It was so creamy and perfect. The ranchos sauce was made with roasted tomato/garlic/jalapeño/onion (also all from Milk & Eggs) as well as tomato paste, cilantro, and a bunch of seasonings. The sauce was so good I was eating it with a spoon. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Topped with some guac and more cilantro after baking. The only bad part about this is that I wish I had made more!
