I can’t believe tomorrow is the first day of October! No better way to bring in the new month than with a stack of healthy pumpkin spice french toast. This recipe is perfect to whip up for Sunday brunch with your family! 🍂 Grab a few slices of multigrain bread and soak them in a creamy mixture made of pumpkin, almond milk, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spices, egg, vanilla, and cinnamon bun protein! Then place the slices on a skillet and let them cook until they’re golden brown. They can be topped with a little maple syrup, crushed pecans, vanilla yogurt, sautéed apples, or a drizzle of peanut butter. 🍂 Roasted bone marrow, butternut squash, and mushroom ravioli! MARROW RECIPE BELOW! Thanks @milkandeggscom for sponsoring these ingredients! ~ Ingredients: -4 Marrow bones -15 Cloves garlic peeled -1/3 cup Mushroom -1/2 tsp. Olive oil -1 tsp. Rosemary -1 tsp. Salt -1 tsp. Fresh ground garlic salt ~ Method: 1. Soak marrow bones in brine overnight (optional) 2. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper 3. Lay bones, marrow side up 4. Coat marrow in salts and rosemary 5. Lay peeled garlic and chopped mushroom on boarders of pan, brush with olive oil 6. Bake at 425° for 25-30 minutes until marrow is bubbling 7. Top with cooked garlic 8. To eat: scoop marrow from bone with spoon. 9. Spread on fresh bread! 10. Is anyone else excited that’s it finally fall? We are!🍁 So we put together this delicious, hearty, and healthy baked oatmeal using apples and more of our @milkandeggscom goodies. The best part is now we’re set for breakfast for the week! 🍎Baked steel cut oatmeal with apples, almond milk, and walnuts. Adapted from recipe from @food52.
