"Playing around with panzanella. Made a fall inspired version with ingredients from @milkandeggscom. I used walnut bread lightly toasted with olive oil and cinnamon, brown sugar roasted butternut squash, apples, red bell pepper, shallots, bacon, and basil. Then I topped it with olive oil and some of my fig balsamic vinegar and a bit of goat cheese. I can't wait to make this again! Perfect for fall! 🖤"

I made this for zach and he couldn’t even tell it wasn’t real pasta 🙈 tricked yaaaaa! (not sponsored, just love this stuff) here’s how I made it:
heat olive oil and garlic in skillet for 2 minutes. add brussel sprouts and sauté for about 8 more minutes. while that’s cooking, make @eatbanza pasta according to the box. after you strain the pasta and pour it back into the pot. add 2 handfuls of spinach to the brussels sprouts and stir until it is wilted. stir about 2 tbsp white cheddar (or more if you’d like it cheesier) into the pot of pasta. then combine pasta and greens, and enjoy!"

In my world, variety is king and there is no need to stick to any top 10 lowest carb veggie list. I don’t go crazy, but always try to rotate in and out seasonal options."

Opo squash rounds, pizza sauce, @miyokos_kitchen mozzarella, basil + oregano, all baked in my @lodgecastiron. Simple, but tasty!
