Homemade Vegan Banana Ice Cream
It's no secret that I love my Vitamix. I probably use it 4-5 times a day when I am home consistently. From breakfast smoothies, to sauces, soups, salsas, and recently one of my FAVS: Ice cream. Specifically Banana ice cream. This is so easy to make and only has 4 ingredients. You don't need to own a Vitamix to make, but a high power blender or a food processor will be helpful to achieve that thick consistency. It's the perfect sweet treat that you can make at home!
- FROZEN BANANAS (I used about 3-4 to make 2 servings.)
- 1/3 cup Oatly Oat Milk (THE BEST non dairy milk we use often)
- Dash Maple syrup
- *Optional but my personal preference to make it chocolate banana ice cream. Only because I am obsessed with all things chocolate. I add about 1-2 table spoons of either cacao nibs or dark chocolate. And also save some to use as a topping.
BLEND UP ALL INGREDIENTS, AND ENJOY :)
