Homemade Corn Tortilla Chips

Making your own chips at home may be easier than you think. The best thing is you can flavor it to your own preference! They can be made using flour or corn tortillas! In this recipe, I'll be sharing how you can use these corn tortillas to make corn chips. It's such an easy recipe you can put together in just a few minutes! 


  • 5 Cabo Chips Corn Tortillas
  • 1/4 cup olive oil 
  • Seasonings of choice (salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes)

    1. Preheat oven to 375 F. 
    2. Cut each tortilla into 4 triangle wedges
    3. Spread each piece on a baking sheet in a single layer.
    4. Brush each piece with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder & red pepper flakes.
    5. Bake for 5 minutes, then flip over and bake for another 7 minutes or until they slightly brown.

    Serve with your favorite spreads! Try using some of my favorite spreads - avocado hummus, roasted red pepper hummus, roasted garlic dip & mild guacamole!
