  2. Spread extra-virgin olive oil evenly.
  3. Cut sliced tomatoes and layer across pie pan.
  4. Add thyme and crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Crack eggs into bowl and beat with whisk.
  6. Add eggs to pie pan.
  7. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  8. Bake between 20-25 minutes.
