- Start to make your marinade by heating your coconut milk, palm sugar and salt.
- Once that melts and bubbles, add in your cilantro, salt and pepper. Put your mixture in a blender with 4-5 cloves of garlic.
- Once that's ready, add the marinade into your chicken and let marinade for 1hr-overnight.
- After your chicken has marinaded, grill on medium high heat with olive oil or in the oven until caramelized and grilled + cooked through. Slice + enjoy!
