  1. Start to make your marinade by heating your coconut milk, palm sugar and salt. 
  2. Once that melts and bubbles, add in your cilantro, salt and pepper. Put your mixture in a blender with 4-5 cloves of garlic.
  3. Once that's ready, add the marinade into your chicken and let marinade for 1hr-overnight.
  4. After your chicken has marinaded, grill on medium high heat with olive oil or in the oven until caramelized and grilled + cooked through. Slice + enjoy!
