These Christmas Sugar Cookie Bites are a hit with the family! They are easy to bake and you don’t need Christmas cookie cutters. They are so easy to decorate that even the youngest family member can join in on the fun. You’ll definitely want to add these cookies to your Christmas Baking List this year!
- Sugar Cookie Dough
- Buttercream Frosting
- Christmas Sprinkles
- Small Square Cookie Cutter
- Red Food Coloring
- Green Food Coloring
- Use your small square cookie cutter to cut out the Christmas Sugar Cookie Bites. If you don’t have the cookie cutter, you can cut the dough into strips and then cut the strips into squares.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 4-5 minutes. Check on the cookies at the 4 minute mark. Since they are so small, be sure they are not over baked. The edges will be slightly golden when they are ready to come out of the oven.
- Take out the buttercream frosting and split into three bowls. In one bowl, use 4 drops of red food coloring. In the second bowl, use 3 drops of green food coloring. Leave the last bowl white.
Use a knife to spread the buttercream frosting onto the Christmas Sugar Cookie Bites and add the Christmas sprinkles on top!
Note: Allow the buttercream frosting to set before you store the cookies away.
