Blueberry & Raspberry Acai Bowl with Harmless Harvest Coconut Water
This acai bowl has the perfect combination of fruits. We've added in our secret ingredient of our Harmless Harvest coconut water for a tastier experience! Enjoy these bowls in the morning for an energy-packed breakfast!
- 2 Acai Packets
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 - 3/4th cup Harmless Harvest Coconut Water
- Freeze your blueberries, bananas and raspberries overnight.
- When frozen and ready to make your acai bowl, place blueberries, 1 banana and raspberries in with coconut water and 2 acai packets. Blend until a creamy, thick and smooth consistency. If it gets too watery, add more fruit and if it is too thick, you can add more coconut water. It should be a thick consistency. Pour into you favorite bowl and top!
- For toppings we chose to top with frozen blueberries, raspberries, chia seeds, bee pollen and sliced bananas. enjoy!
