5-Ingredient Vegan Avocado & Quinoa Bowl

- Start to boil your quinoa according to cooking instructions. Add in the quinoa with desired spices (1 tsp salt, pepper, garlic, paprika)
- Dress your arugula with 1/2 lemon juice and slice your radishes, place in a large bowl.
- Once quinoa is ready, add on top of your arugula and add 1 sliced avocado
- Top with lemon juice!
