Workout Wednesday - Build a Strong Core

Complete 50 reps for each of the following exercises, without any rest between exercises.
After completing one full circuit, rest 60 – 90 seconds and start again.
Complete a total of 5 circuits.

50 SPIDERMAN PLANKS
50 BUTT UPS
50 SCISSORS
50 WINDSHIELD WIPERS
